We are pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at the "JPCA Show 2024" in the Total Solutions Exhibition for Electronic Equipment 2024 to be held from June 12 to 14, 2024 at the Tokyo Big Sight.

当This expo is a comprehensive exhibition for the electronic circuit and related industries, featuring new contents and solutions for electronic circuits and mounting technologies used in all kinds of electronics, information communication, and control equipment, as well as sensors and E-Textiles (wearable technology), whose applications are expanding.

Our exhibit contents

Micro-surface treatment and processing of PCBs

We will introduce PCB applications such as via processing, damage-free pre-plating cleaning, desmearing, foreign matter removal, and edge processing.

Improved adhesion of dissimilar materials

We will introduce our solutions to improve the adhesive strength of various electronic component-related materials such as films, copper foil, CFRP, non-ferrous metals, and glass.

Removal of altered layers from ceramic and glass

We would like to introduce our technological achievements in creating microcrack-free surfaces for quartz glass and ceramics.

"WX" - A new surface-treatment method

"WX (Wet-X)", a new surface treatment method different from wet blasting, realizes various functional surfaces. It will be announced for the first time together with its prototype.
