Equipment for cold forging lines and billets
WLS equipment that cleans, descales, and lubricates billet materials.
This equipment is for "WLS" (Wet Blast Lubrication) that demonstrates lubrication performance that exceeds that of bonderizing used in cold forging and increases die life by 5 times. "WLS" is our proprietary technology that replaces the black coating removal process (shot blasting, etc.) and the lubrication (bonderizing) process.

Flow Inside the Equipent
Workpiece loading and unloading are done automatically. Integrated line operation is possible by attaching loading and unloading units to the front and back of the equipment.
