Wet blasting is widely used by Japanese manufacturers as a pre-adhesion treatment of anti-vibration parts, brake parts and such. This introduces the WBP (Wet Blast Phosphating System) equipment.
The "BL-740-TH" introduced here is a large-capacity processing line that automatically does degreasing, cleaning, surface roughening, and phosphating of metal parts. It can process the entire surface of parts with various shapes, such as complex-shaped, cylindrical, and plate-shaped parts.
