History
Macoho started as a small outsourced design company in 1983
Wet blasting equipment is a very harsh environment that can be easily damaged and not function properly if it is made without specialized knowledge. Maco has been taking on the challenge of making such equipment since the time when no other company in Japan handled it and when we had no know-how at all.

| 1986 | 12 | Business expansion was expected, a new office with a plant was constructed at Miyaseki in Nagaoka city and being transferred there. |
| 1987 | 9 | Developed a barrel-type wet blasting equipment for anti-vibration rubber fittings. |
| 1988 | 3 | Capital increased to ¥10 million. |
| 1989 | 2 | Started exporting abroad. |
| 12 | Company structure reorganized from limited liability company to company limited. Company name was changed to Macoho Co., Ltd. | |
| 1990 | 9 | Chukyo service station was opened in Kameyama city in Mie Prefecture, and its service from the Chukyo regions to south. |
| 1991 | 7 | Production department's strengthening was expected, the new head office-factory was constructed in Isurugi in Nagaoka city and being transferred there. |
| 1993 | 9 | Established parts manufacturing department To start the production of the basic parts of the wet blasting equipment such as piping components and pumps. |
| 1997 | 4 | Development department's strengthening was expected, the new development building was constructed in the head office site. |
| 2001 | 2 | The device for anti-vibration rubber industry renewed to improve the manufacturing efficiency. |
| 2003 | 6 | Sale for Cocotte, manual type small device for general consumers started. |
| 2005 | 4 | Capital increased to ¥45 million. |
| 12 | The Representative director, Matsubara Toru became chairman and Executive Director Matsubara Sachito became Representative Director. | |
| 2007 | 6 | Selected as one of the “300 of Japanʼs Vibrant Monodzukuri (Manufacturing) SMEs, 2007” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. |
| 11 | Received the “Good Company Award” for the recognition of excellence company prize sponsored by the Medium and Small Business Research Institute. | |
| 2008 | 11 | Business expansion was expected, a new building was completed at the head office. |
| 2009 | 1 | In hope of the expansion of business of the service sector, sales department was set up by the Chukyo service station. With this, the name of the Chukyo service station was changed to the Chukyo Branch. |
| 2010 | 2 | Certified as an IT management practice certified company of "IT Management Awards for SMEs 2010" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. |
| 2013 | 3 | The extension of the main factory for the purpose of improvement of parts supply capacity and the equipment supply system for the new market. |

| 2017 | 12 | Selected as “The Driving Company for the regional future” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. |

| 10 | Nagasaki office was opened in Omura city in Nagasaki Prefecture. | |
| 2022 | 1 | The Representative director, Matsubara Sachito became chairman and Director Asai Yoshihisa became Representative Director. |
| 7 | Chukyo branch office newly built and relocated - in addition to sales and service, demonstrations and development are now possible. | |

| 2025 | 2 | Established Changshu Mako Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. (Macoho China) in China. |
